Contact: When you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry.

Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address via our email service provider MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Bookings: When you make a booking, we process the data needed to fulfil the reservation (name, contact details, address, number of guests, stay dates). Bookings are handled via our booking system provider Smoobu.

Payments: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; these are handled directly and securely by Stripe.

Hosting: Our website is hosted by Vercel. Standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be processed for security and operation.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (bookings), consent (newsletter) and legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, website security).

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law (e.g. tax retention obligations for booking records).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@haus-alpzeit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
