Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply to bookings made directly through haus-alpzeit.at. Bookings via Airbnb or other platforms follow that platform's own terms.

You may cancel free of charge up to 3 months before the arrival date. After that, the following cancellation fees apply, as a percentage of the total price:

• —from 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
• —from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
• —within the last week before arrival: 90%

A deposit of 30% is charged at booking; the remaining 70% is due 30 days before arrival. We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
